Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your MyStemZone kit. If you are not satisfied, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery subject to the product being unused and in original packaging.

How to initiate a return

1. Go to your orders page and choose the order you want to return (or contact support).
2. Provide the reason for return and arrange for pickup via the courier partner (we will help schedule the pickup).
3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process a refund.

Refund method & timeline

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exceptions

Products damaged due to customer misuse, or missing parts will not be eligible for a full refund. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact support immediately.
